  • App: Use the ConnectNetwork app for iOS or Android devices.

Inmate Calling

The WV Division of Corrections has contracted with CenturyLink to provide calling and account billing services to inmates. For more information, please review the West Virginia Division of Corrections page on the CenturyLink Public Communications Portal.



The West Virginia Division of Corrections is a state agency which houses convicted Felons. WVDOC facilities include the Central Office, 12 Correctional Facilities, 4 Work Release Centers, 15 Parole Offices, 1 Training Academy and 1 Prison Industries main office. As of December 31, 2013 the West Virginia Division of Corrections has a total of 2,372 employees; 6,824 inmates; and 3,070 parolees/probationers.
